February 2020 Meeting:
We had an excellent turn out at our meeting on Monday evening. Here are some notes of what happened for those who weren't able to attend.

Our leadership officers are as follows:

Due to a concert on July 18 in the horse arena, there has been some changes to our fair schedule.
Sunday - July 19 - Senior English
Monday - July 20 - Senior Western and Versatility
Tuesday - July 21 - Senior and Intermediate Jumping
Wednesday - July 22 - Senior and Intermediate Contesting
Thursday - July 23 - Intermediate Western and Versatility
Friday - July 24 - Intermediate English
Saturday - July 25 - Junior in Hand AM and Junior Riding PM
Sunday - July 26 - Junior Contesting
Since seniors won't be able to check in until Sunday morning, we will have a time on either Friday (July 17) or Saturday (July 18) for them to come in and set up their tack stalls, no horses will be allowed during this time. More information will come closer to fair.
Our schooling show dates will be June 6-7 and more information will be available as the dates get closer.
Members at the meeting voted yes to have lasers installed in the arena. They will be for poles, barrel racing, and timer placement. We will buy the lasers and the fair board will have them installed.
Jennifer has made new website, you can visit it at bridlebunch.com It has a lot of information, all of it updated and current as well as most of the papers we have available at the meetings.
We are still looking for items for our silent auction, it does not have to be horse related, any all all donations are appreciated. There is still booth space available. You can contact Michelle with any questions Photojunkie101@gmail.com

A t-shirt design was voted on and the winning design is attached below. Order forms and payment is due at the March meeting. If you are unable to attend the March meeting and want to order a shirt, please contact me.
The leadership team did a health and safety demonstration.
Finally the members broke up into their different levels to work on project books.
